A note from your chef…

photo 1 Food should be fun.  Food should be entertaining.  Food should make you and everyone you’re feeding happy.  Some food is fancy; some food is a little more…effortless.  I hope to explore the full spectrum here.  Food is a lot of things to different people.  To me, it is a passion I’ve always had, and I want to share my culinary adventure with you.

My days over the stove began at a young age, and I was fortunate to have a family that tolerated my kitchen experiments.  (I loved salt.  Still do.  Always will.)  My zest for cooking grew with various jobs in kitchens, and it continues to this day.

So please, enjoy what you cook.  Enjoy the process and the results.  Enjoy it, whenever possible, with a drink in hand.
